- After logging in, a dashboard will appear in front of you. Here you have to click on the “Contacts” option at the top.

- Now you have to scroll down, and then click on “+” icon.
- Now a form will appear at the bottom. In this form you have to fill all the details of the customer.
- In the form, you have to fill the details like Title, Personal Address, Name, Identities, BPL, Gender, District, DOB, etc.
- After filling all the information, you have to click on “Contact Dedup”.

- After this you have to click on “General Connection Summary” tab and then click on “+” icon.

- Now you have to select the address and other details under the Relationship section. Then click on “Relationship Id”.

- After this the consumer ID will be generated. You have to note the consumer id in the KYC document.
- Now you have to enter the details like Category, Scheme, Scheme Type, Products, Service Area, etc. under the Scheme section below.
- After this, click on “OMC Dedup” below.

- Now you have to wait for some time. For general category, you may have to wait for 2-3 days. After that the KYC process will be completed. After 2-3 days you will have to submit the documents and other details of the consumer.
- After this your new consumer registration will be completed.

- First of all you have to log in by going to SDMS portal. i.e sdms.px.indianoil.in/
- After this the dashboard will appear in front of you. Here you have to click on “Relationships” option at the top.
- Now you have to enter Consumer No and press enter button. And then click on Relationship Id.

- In the next page, you have to scroll down and click on the “Documents” tab and then click on the “+” icon.
- After this, “TV” in the below order type and Name Change-Legal in Order Sub Type will have to be selected.
- Then click on the document number in the same column.

- Now click on “Contacts” tab under top menu and click on “+” icon to add new contact.
- After this, you will have to fill the consumer’s name, gender, date of birth, postal address, identity, BPL, and other details.

- After saving it, click on the “General Connection Summary” option below.
- To add a new payment profile, click on the “+” icon and then enter your IFSC Code, Name as per bank record, Account Number, Bank Name, Branch Name, Account Type, etc. details.

- After this, again clicking on the “Relationships” tab, entering consumer no, and then clicking on consumer ID.
- Now clicking on the “Documents” tab has to click on the added document number.

- Now you have to click on the box in front of Transferre Contact Last Name.
- Then you have to enter First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Contact Status, Phone Number, Address, etc.
- After that click on the “OK” button below.

- After this, click on the “Default” tab under the “Document Line Items” section below.
- Now you have to enter the details like Year, Month, etc. for LPG refill.

- Now you have to click on the “Submit” button at the top.

How to activate Deactivated Connection on sdms.px.indianoil.in?
If the connection of a consumer gets deactivated, then we are telling you the step-wise process below about how you can activate it on the SDMS portal.
- For this, first you have to go to the SDMS portal and then log in. i.e sdms.px.indianoil.in/
- After logging in, a dashboard will appear in front of you. Here you have to click on “Relationships” option under the top menu.
- Then in the next page you have to enter Consumer No and then click on Relationship Id. You will be seeing DEACTIVATED in the status.

- After this you have to scroll down and click on “Service Request” option and then click on “+” icon.

- Now Re-activation Request in LOB Transaction Type and Against De-activate in Transaction Sub-Type will have to be selected.
- After that click on SR Number.
- In Reason for Reactivation, you have to select Address Changed or other reason.

- After this click on the “+” icon below to upload the attachment.
- Select POA-POI in Identity Type, Aadhar (UID) or other document in Identity Method. After this enter Aadhar Number or other identity number.
- Then click on the “Submit SR” button at the top.
